SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 Business Days. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Updated Shipment Tracking Information will be provided as soon as shipment occurs.  I am a First Responder as well, so I will try my best to get it out immediately.

Customs, duties, and taxes

O1R Customs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

O1R Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier AND myself to discuss a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

International Shipping is available at a secondary rate.  Contact me to discuss shipping options BEFORE you order.

RETURNS

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
